How do I know which size to order?
Measure rather than going by breed — two Labradors can be a size apart. Every product page has a chart taken from the item itself and a short guide to measuring your animal. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. If you would rather have a second opinion, email us the numbers and we will tell you which one we would send.
It arrived and it does not fit.
Email us within 30 days and we will exchange it for another size and cover the return postage. You do not need to have kept the packaging, only the item in a resaleable state.
Where is my order?
You will have had a dispatch email with a tracking link. If it has been more than five working days since that email and the tracking has not moved, write to us with your order number and we will chase it.
Can you tell me whether my dog needs a brace?
No — and be wary of anyone selling you one who says otherwise. A limp can be a bruise, a torn ligament, a luxating patella or something worse, and those need completely different responses. See your vet first. Once you have a diagnosis we are glad to help you pick the right support and get it fitted.
Do you supply clinics or rescues?
We do, at a standing discount. Email us from your organisation's address and tell us roughly what you get through in a year.
